Tap Arrow! Privacy Policy Effective Date: August 19, 2026 1. Overview Tap Arrow! is provided by Shenzhen Yinglian Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd under the Lyncore Games brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information Tap Arrow! and its service providers may collect, how the information is used, and the choices available to users. 2. Data Stored Locally Tap Arrow! stores gameplay progress, settings, and user preferences locally on the user’s device. This local gameplay data is not uploaded to our servers. Local data remains on the device until the user deletes the app or clears the app’s local data. 3. Analytics and Advertising Attribution Tap Arrow! uses Tenjin, a mobile measurement, analytics, and advertising attribution service. On iOS, Tap Arrow! requests permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (“ATT”) framework before connecting to Tenjin. If the user grants tracking permission, the app and Tenjin may collect or process the following categories of information: - Device identifiers, including the device advertising identifier (IDFA), a vendor or developer device identifier, and the Limit Ad Tracking status; - Device and app information, including platform, operating system version, app version, build identifier, locale, and device model; - Product interaction information, including app and session events, gameplay events, level progress, reward interactions, and result-screen interactions; - Advertising and campaign attribution information used to determine how an installation or in-app event relates to a marketing campaign; and - Network information automatically processed when communicating with Tenjin, such as an IP address. We use this information to: - Measure advertising and marketing performance; - Attribute app installations and in-app events to marketing campaigns; - Understand how users interact with the app; - Measure the effectiveness of app features; and - Improve Tap Arrow!. Tenjin may associate device identifiers and app interaction information with campaign information received from advertising partners for advertising measurement. Apple may define this activity as tracking. Tap Arrow! does not currently display third-party advertisements, and we do not sell users’ personal information. If the user does not grant ATT permission, or if tracking permission is denied or restricted, Tap Arrow! does not connect to Tenjin or send analytics events to Tenjin. More information about Tenjin’s privacy practices is available at: https://tenjin.com/privacy/ 4. Consent and Legal Basis Where consent is required, analytics and advertising attribution processing begins only after the user grants permission through Apple’s ATT prompt. Users may refuse permission without losing access to the game’s core functionality. 5. Sharing of Information Information described in this policy may be shared with Tenjin solely for analytics, app functionality, advertising attribution, and marketing measurement. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of the app. We do not sell personal information to data brokers. 6. Data Retention and Deletion Gameplay progress and preferences stored locally remain on the device until the app or its local data is deleted. Analytics and attribution information processed by Tenjin is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide analytics and attribution services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable agreements. Users may contact us to request access to or deletion of information associated with Tap Arrow!. Where applicable, we will coordinate the request with Tenjin. Because advertising identifiers may be reset by the user and Tap Arrow! does not use user accounts, we may need additional information to identify the relevant records. 7. User Choices Users can deny tracking permission when the ATT prompt appears. Users can later review or change tracking permission on iOS by opening: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Tap Arrow! Users may also reset their advertising identifier through the privacy controls provided by their device operating system. Deleting Tap Arrow! removes gameplay progress and preferences stored locally on the device. 8. Children’s Privacy Tap Arrow! is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without any consent required by applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through Tap Arrow!, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information. 9. Data Security and International Processing We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information processed in connection with Tap Arrow!. Tenjin may process information in countries other than the user’s country of residence. Those countries may have different data protection laws. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 10. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy when Tap Arrow!’s features, service providers, or data practices change. The updated policy will be published at this URL with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law. 11.
