Tap Arrow! Privacy Policy Effective Date: September 14, 2026 1. Overview Tap Arrow! is provided by Shenzhen Yinglian Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd under the Lyncore Games brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information Tap Arrow! and its service providers may collect, how the information is used, and the choices available to users. The advertising, analytics, and attribution services described below are enabled in the current iOS version. These services are disabled in the current Android version. 2. Data Stored Locally Tap Arrow! stores gameplay progress, settings, and user preferences locally on the user’s device. The app does not upload the local save file to our servers. Selected gameplay events, such as level starts and completions, may be sent to the analytics services described below when analytics is enabled. Local data remains on the device until the user deletes the app or clears the app’s local data. 3. Advertising, Analytics, and Advertising Attribution On iOS, Tap Arrow! uses: - Google AdMob to display third-party advertisements, including banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements; - Google Analytics for Firebase to measure app usage, gameplay events, and advertising performance; - Tenjin for mobile measurement, analytics, advertising attribution, and advertising revenue measurement; and - Google’s User Messaging Platform (“UMP”) to request and manage applicable privacy choices. Depending on the service, available permissions, and applicable privacy choices, the app and these providers may collect or process: - Device and app identifiers, including the device advertising identifier (IDFA) when ATT permission permits access, and app-instance or vendor identifiers; - Device and app information, including platform, operating system version, app version, locale, and device model; - Product interaction information, including app and session events, gameplay events, level progress, and reward interactions; - Advertising information, including ad requests, impressions, interactions, ad unit or network identifiers, and campaign attribution information; - Impression-level advertising revenue information, including the reported revenue amount, currency, precision, and ad response identifier; and - Network information processed when communicating with these services, such as an IP address. We use this information to: - Deliver advertisements and provide optional ad-based rewards; - Measure advertising revenue and marketing performance; - Attribute app installations and selected in-app events to marketing campaigns; - Understand how users interact with the app; - Measure the effectiveness of app features; and - Improve Tap Arrow!. AdMob advertising impression and revenue information may be collected automatically by Google Analytics for Firebase. The app also forwards impression-level revenue information to Tenjin when the app’s consent checks permit Tenjin measurement. These records describe advertising revenue earned by the app; they are not payments made by the user. Advertising and attribution providers may associate device identifiers and app interaction information with campaign information received from advertising partners for advertising measurement. Tracking on iOS is subject to ATT permission, and ad personalization is also subject to the applicable privacy choices. More information about these providers’ privacy practices is available at: Google (including AdMob, Firebase, and UMP): https://policies.google.com/privacy Tenjin: https://tenjin.com/privacy/ 4. Consent and Privacy Controls ATT and UMP serve different purposes. Apple’s ATT prompt controls permission for tracking across other companies’ apps and websites and access to IDFA. UMP determines whether additional privacy choices are required and presents the applicable messages. Enabling ATT does not by itself enable all analytics. The app initially disables Firebase Analytics collection and then evaluates the UMP consent status and applicable consent signals before enabling analytics and Tenjin measurement. If ATT permission is denied or restricted, the app excludes IDFA from its Tenjin requests and disables the ad-personalization consent that it sends to Google. Denying ATT does not necessarily disable all advertising or non-tracking analytics: the app may still enable measurement without IDFA when its separate privacy checks permit it. Where those checks do not permit analytics, the app does not submit gameplay analytics events to Firebase or Tenjin. Users may refuse tracking permission without losing access to the game’s core functionality. Optional rewards that require watching an advertisement depend on advertisement availability. 5. Sharing of Information Information described in this policy may be shared with Google and Tenjin for advertising delivery, analytics, advertising attribution, revenue measurement, and the other purposes described above. Their processing and any further disclosures are described in their privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of the app. We do not sell personal information to data brokers. 6. Data Retention and Deletion Gameplay progress and preferences stored locally remain on the device until the app or its local data is deleted. Information processed by Google and Tenjin is subject to the applicable service settings, provider retention practices, and legal obligations. Deleting the app does not automatically delete information already processed by these providers. Users may contact us to request access to or deletion of information associated with Tap Arrow!. Where applicable, we will coordinate the request with the relevant provider. Because device and app identifiers may change and Tap Arrow! does not use user accounts, we may need additional information to identify the relevant records. 7. User Choices Users can deny tracking permission when the ATT prompt appears. Users can later review or change tracking permission on iOS by opening: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Tap Arrow! Where UMP requires a privacy options entry point, users can review or change the applicable choices through the privacy options in the app’s settings. These choices are separate from the iOS Tracking setting. Deleting Tap Arrow! removes gameplay progress and preferences stored locally on the device. For information already sent to service providers, users can contact us as described below. 8. Children’s Privacy Tap Arrow! is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without any consent required by applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through Tap Arrow!, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information. 9. Data Security and International Processing We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information processed in connection with Tap Arrow!. Google and Tenjin may process information in countries other than the user’s country of residence. Those countries may have different data protection laws. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 10. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy when Tap Arrow!’s features, service providers, or data practices change. The updated policy will be published at this URL with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law. 11.
